Du kan lave én stor pizza eller dele den op i flere pizzaer.
Pizzadejen rulles ud og tomatsaucen smøres på.
Snit løg i tynde strimler.
Skær kød i tynde skiver. Steg det en varm pande til det er næsten gennemstegt. Krydr med salt og peber.
Nu skal fyldet på pizzaen i denne rækkefølge: Tomatsauce, løg, lammekød, oliven, ost og oregano.
Bag pizzaen på en brandvarm bageplade eller pizzasten ved 250 grader i 5-8 min. til den er sprød og gylden.
