Ingredienser
Fremgangsmåde
Gnid fisk med salt og peber.
Skær riller i skindsiden.
Hak hvidløg og løg fint og bland i en skål med persille og citronsaft.
Fyld blandingen ind i fiskens bug og luk fisken.
Læg stykker af smør i skindets riller og drys med salt og peber.
Pak fisken ind i folie. Luk godt til.
Grill i 40-45 minutter.
Fisken er klar, når rygfinnen let kan trækkes ud.
Server eventuelt med grillede kartofler eller grillet spidskål/kinakål
Vi har udviklet alle grillopskrifter, så du nemt kan forberede det meste hjemmefra og bare hygge, når du griller i naturen.
