Fremgangsmåde
Slå 6 æg ud i en skål og pisk godt.
Tilsæt salt, peber, chili og cremefraiche og pisk videre.
Skær kartoflerne ud i tynde både og steg kartoflerne på en pande i 5 minutter.
Tilsæt løg og salt og steg videre til kartoflerne er blevet gyldne.
Fordel kartofler og løg i et ovnfast fad.
Tilsæt æggemassen og rør det hele lidt på plads.
Tilsæt ost og bag det hele i en forvarmet ovn ved 200 grader i 15-20 minutter.
Drys med persille og server.
Velbekomme.

Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and all.
